Didn?t they update the HB refresh rate from 10 to 15 or something like that release. And there for you might need a bit faster computer?

K so my Backround FPS is not limited, i just uninstalled .Net 4 from my computer but i still have .Net 3.5 SP1. Just fired up the bot and got

right off the bat and my character stood around for a few minutes until it finally started targeting stuff.

*EDIT* I'm on my 74 Prot Pally, and i'm using the RainSpeakerRapids profile, and I've died 5 times in a row because it takes too long to cast a spell. HB just sits there taking forever trying to target a mob, then takes forever to cast a spell.

i think your CPU runs on 100 % load

Did you try deleting the cache folder under Wow root? Corrupted cache files sometimes causes that

I deleted WoW Cache with no help.

@ Bossland when i open Task Manager it said my CPU was at 85%+ all the time frequently hitting 100%. I went in and ended some processes, had like 80+ got it down to ~60 and now HB runs perfectly. It Nav's fine and there's no downtime between spells. I dunno what i did but it seems to be fixed. Will post again with update.
