Need some simple help about creating my own waypoints

Hey,
I got bot up to go yesterday and have been going all night at same profile " latitude, attitude, Longitude"

where can i find this Latitude?
or where can i find the profiles on forum? have been looking for hours :S only see peoples problem...

any guide to make your own profile? i mean like i can choose walk around tokyo or new york?
anyone have any profiles? i dont know how it works!!
