need some info about ip bans

I am switching from proxy supplier and before I use a new ip on a account i want to make sure if the ip isnt already banned. However i need to know when you get banned for a banned ip, is it on account registration on the website or after you made an account on a server?

If the IP is on their black-list but not banned on the trion website, then your name will be banned after creating the account - usually delayed by like 12-24 hours. You don't have to actually login to the game.
