Need Some Help

I recently got a new laptop and I am able to log on to the HB forums but for whatever reason the same user/pass won't work to log me into my bot. Can anyone help me figure this out please as I want to start using it again.

Well every time I try to use the bot it just says authentication failed, user/pass incorrect. Then I went to the portal site and tried to log on there and it won't let me log in there. I tried to resend the password to my email and it worked, but I'm still not able to log in using the password it gave me. Why is this so difficult? Seriously why can't my user/pass that works on the forums also log me into the bot? They shouldn't be different.

Two completly different systems, since all of the new users use keys.

Ok so I got logged into the Auth Portal finally but what exactly am I looking for on here? It says all my keys have expired even though I purchased HB Lifetime.

you are an old username based user
so you must log using the same info as the old shop page
