Need Some Help

Hi

First off let me say I spent a few hours browsing the forums and even took a quick look at the wiki for some sort of direction but I couldn't find what I was looking for.

I'm wanting some advice/help writing my own quest profiles , sure I could use pre-mades but there aren't many for 80-85 , think I saw 2 different versions of Mt hyjal quest profiles , neither looked tempting.

Links , Videos , Flames .. are all welcomed and I appreciate any help recieved. I do plan to test and share my profiles for community to use as long as I don't screw em up

questing is not *hard* to do... it's just a huge PITA (it's only hard if there are no custom behaviors)

Could you point me in a good direction to do some reading ( for beginners like me )

I'd like to try my hand at it , just need help getting started with some material to read/watch.

Our two resources for profile writing are the Honorbuddy Guides Forum, and the Wiki...

This is an excellent video guide for creating a grinding profile. I'd start there if you've never written one before, then move onto writing questing profiles, which are considerably more involved to write than grinding profiles.

start out with a simple grind profile first (I recommend the minions of kaw in borean tundra).

I have also written an HB2 profile writing guide (grinding) if you want to read it, click the link in my sig and look for hb2 guide

also if you search minions of kaw ... that was the first profile I ever wrote
