NEED some help with TL.

I've recently bought TL and i'm kind a new to it.

So, i'm starting WOT > Login in > going to GARAGE. After that i start TL, it immediately opens WOT window and doesnt do anything. TL doenst choose any tank to play, and i'm stunk in game, i cant minimize the game.
I'm playing on russian server.

My TankLeaderSettings:

Due to World of Tanks doing some weird stuff with its rendering, you'll occasionally get a black screen you can't get out of when running TankLeader. Or is it something else, since your log doesn't show anything odd.
