Need some help with some questions

Hi there, as you all know, every newbie has his head full of questions, questions which need to be answered or he won't be able to sleep well again. First of all I love this bot, in one night he has got a lot of things for me but the problem here is that I do not want do stand out from all my friends, the main purpose I bought this bot is to get some good Pokemons. Well here are all my questions that I have right now:

1-Where is the best place to farm Magikarp? I've been told that in pier 39 san francisco but if you have a better location please tell me.
2-Where is the best place to farm Gyarados?
3-Where is the best place to farm Dratini? I've been told that in pier 39 san francisco but if you have a better location please tell me.
4-Where is the best place to farm Dragonair?
5-Where is the best place to farm Dragonite?
6-Can I do something so the bot won't rest everytime it wants? SOLVED
7-Can I configure the bot so it only collects pokestops/catches pokemons?
8-Can the bout automatically use the eggs with the infinite incubator and not with the others?
9-Even though I have configured my bot to not use ultraballs unless the pokemon's cp is over 950, it keeps using them, mostly when I'm out of pokeballs, how can I solve that?
10-What is the very best place to farm for my second account which I do want to stand out from everyone?
11-How many chances do we have to get banned using this pokefarmer bot?
12-What is the maximum speed to hatch eggs?

1 - Santa Monica Pier is also good
2-5 - There are posts on this forum but i would stick to catching Magikarps and Dratinis for the best ones
7 - Settings/General you can manually select collecting pokestops or catching pokemon
8 - Yes, just configure it on settings not to use other incubators
9 - Settings/Inventory Choose to keep x amount of Ultraballs, then the bot will not use them
10 - Try Hong Kong, you'll get many Farfetchd
11 - I'm sure if Niantic wanted to, they could detect all bot users pretty easily
12 - 20kmph

To answer questions 1-5. Pier 39 in San Francisco.
7 - Yes it is in settings under the "General" tab. Just uncheck the "Catch Pokemon" box.
8 - Not yet
9 - Is your configuration correct? Double check.
10 - What is this supposed to mean? Botting is botting, you're gonna stand out.
11 - Pretty high. It doesn't randomize very well. I stopped using it right now. Currently using another bot (PM me if you want link)
12 - Set speed to "walking" to more adequately hatch them.
