Need some help with missing Tabs

So after many years of Honorbuddy I finally tried Exilebuddy. But I cannot get it running.

I tried to follow the steps to configure the BasicGrindBot.. But i got a problem there... I do not have the Tabs which are supposed to be there (at least in the guide)
