Need some help please

Hi im new here, and I was trying to set up my account to use my honorbuddy, it states that i need to use my key found in my email as my password, and I tried this with both this User name im using and the email address it was sent to. But for some reason its telling me that auth. Failed, everytime. I have tried reinstalling it, I have tried running it as administrator.

Any tips would be much appreciated.

Also Ive tried doing the thing where I go to the website http://buddyshop.biz and change my password, but it seems it says "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage", is this a problem with my firewall or anti-virus because i have turned both of them off, as well, or is the site down for matience or something.

the key that was sent is the user name. no password needed
