Need some advices on warrior

So im thinking about starting a warrior, im just not sure what spec to level in?

I don't agree. I am currently leveling an Arms Warrior with the heirloom 2h weap. Mortal Strike is incredibly OP in the lower levels - I usually just charge and then Mortal Strike + Heroic Strike and they are dead. I don't even bother to rend I have pretty much zero downtime, as the mobs don't even have time to hit me. So if you have a proper twohander - go for arms, defo.

I did the same with my war, first 40 or so levels a mortal strike and heroic strike kill anything similar level, at 55-60+ it ended up as rend, overpower, mortal, heroic (dead mob) and victory rush elimiated any downtime at all, i'm currently levelling 3 chars and the war is sailing ahead of the rest at the mo
