It's under the buddy store legion profiles? In with the rest of the leveling profiles.
No... it's literally in your computer, in the honorbuddy folder.

Go to Load Profile
Load from Buddy Store
Choose the questing 1-110
Look for the legio sub-folder
Choose the appropriate file for the area you're trying to quest.
BTW, I've tried most in different zones now and none seem to be working right.

I am using it right now. It's leveling just fine in Val'Sharah. Only thing I've had to assist with so far was the artifact line and class hall line. Other then that, once I picked up the Val'Sharah quests, I manually walked to the flightmaster and flew to Val'Sharah, I started bot in flight, walked away for 30 minutes and now im 78% into level 101.
thats not normali have nothing when i click on the buddy store... like literally blank...
