Britain’s industrial future is facing big consequences, leaving concerns for its economical growth. Educational aspirations have British citizens deserting rural towns, leaving the industry struggling. It is especially challenging for the younger citizens to deny temptation for the better wages found in the south-east part of UK. Tim Wheeler, CEO of the industrial firm Brixton states that “The whole of UK rides on the strength of London and the south-east”. In addition, statistics show that full-time workers in rural towns earn 172 pounds less per year than full-time London employees. In previous periods, The United Kingdom was heavily involved with manufacturing. Today, London has become more and more vital to financial growth since the recession shrank.
