Need Help

I am a little confused with the file and instructions:

We have a folder called Properties ----- What folder should it be put into? (Do all 6 files go into the same folder?)
BuddyFollowerPlugin.cs --- Yes it goes into Plugin Folder - Right?
BuddyLeaderPlugin.cs --- Yes it goes into Plugin Folder - Right?
DBFileMonitor ----- What folder should it be put into?
MyBuddy.Local.csproj ----- What folder should it be put into?
MyBuddy.Local.sln ----- What folder should it be put into?
MyBuddy.Local.suo ----- What folder should it be put into?

Thank you for the plugin -- just need some help.
