When I am logged into my character, open honorbuddy and this is what happens.
a error screen comes up.
Honorbuddy has encountered a problem.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
Could not load file or assmbly 'fasmdll_managed, Version= 1.0.3829.8764
Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token= 53d73c680b66dc5' or one of its dependencies.
The system cannot find the file specified.

i install net work 5 times new

Sound like you are missing an installation.

You need .NET 4.0 and C++ 2010 installed.

If both are installed, uninstall both, restart your computer, then reinstall.

And one last note, be sure to run everything as an administrator.
