Just bought a 30 day subscription for the first time. I paid through paypal and got an invoice and verification through e-mail. After downloading Gatherbuddy, I am still getting a Auth Bad message.

Can someone provide some assistance?

Off-topic: Is starting a new thread the only way to get help? How or why can't we message an admin?

Because threads are infinitely more accessible and efficient to answer questions.

In your case, it can take up to 24 hours for Paypal to send its receipt to HB (in some cases, it won't and it has to be approved manually, which happens once per day).
 
AUTH BAD=wrong user or pass

The forum login/pass is the same as the gatherbuddy program? If not, how do I request one?
 
I can get into the shop, see my paid invoice, get into my profiles, however I still get the Auth Bad.

Thoughts?

I have been TRYING to get a response from Bossland for the past 4 days now but nothing.

When subscribing to the 30 day GB, when does it start? When its gets approved or when you purchase it?

something is wrong on the log info(wrong user or pass)

do you have symbols on your pass?
 
Bossland answers his PM list twice a day, however if you where that smart to send me an visitor message, you can wait a long time.

Bosland does answer every single PM, even dumb ones.

AUTH Bad = Auth BAD = auth BaD = you are not able to login with the Username & Pass you provide into the Bot Login
