Need help

So I just bought the FF14 bot program but i need to download the visual studio 2015 update in order to run the program but the problem is everytime i go to set it up it gets blocked and i can't find the solution to this. I'm on windows 10 so i'm assuming i need to disable some firewall or something but can't find the right thing to change in order to allow the setup. I've tried disabling the windows firewall and so far it doesn't do anything. I was hoping maybe someone here with windows 10 has had the same problem and could help me out Please and thank you
