Need Help!

hi guys,

i had two Pokemon accounts, both were fine with pokefarmer, but this morning one of the accounts having problem, letting catch escape and cant loot the pokestops, i login to my account to check whether i was banned, but no i was able to play in my phone, then i login to my another account pokefarmer is fine with other account, is anybody having same problem? and know how to fix it? ( i reinstalled the pokefarmer, but didnt work)

I believe there is a search bar for this forum. Just in case there isn't your issue is you are jumping too far of a distance in a short period of time and getting soft banned. It will go away if you spin pokestops 40 times I believe. Or just wait. Do not jump locations very often as it will cause issues
