"No viable path" errors mean you are in the wrong zone, meaning the XYZ it's trying to navigate to is not found on that specific map. If you look at your quest log, you can usually click on the quest it's trying to do (you can look in the quest details for the NPC name sometimes) and click the Map button and it will show you in-game on your map where you need to be. If you can't figure out which quest you're on in game, open the profile and go to the line referenced above the "No viable path" line; in the above case:

^ Sometimes, it's clear where you need to go if the profile author included an easy name like "Horizon Aetheryte," but if it's an NPC name, you'll likely need to open the profile, go to the aforementioned line and look slightly above it to see if the profile author included a comment for the quest being attempted; again, in the above case:
