Need HELP!

My story is: i was caught for the second time botting.
At first I took a 1 year ban. After spending this time, I had my account and released recently banned for using the bot.
I've done several attempts to contact and informed me that if I open ticket again have my account deleted battle net.

I wonder if anyone knows if there is such a ban for 1 year ever caught or how it works.
I wish I could create a convincing defense or something that can claim to be able to recover my account. I need help.

People that get banned more then once for the same reason will porbably not get their account back a second time and any new world of warcraft account played from that IP will be monitored a little more then other "normal" players.

Don't bother trying to get the account back. Count it as a loss and either start fresh or find something else to play. Rule #1 of botting is to never do so on an account you can't afford to lose. If you're not comfortable with the idea that bans are pretty much inevitable, botting isn't for you.
