Need help with talents and rotation

I have a mge and rouge that i have been trying to do some lfr's on,
i don't know how to play them and they are under geared so im only doing like 10k dps and keep getting kicked from raids

Can anybody tell me how i should talent them and what rotations ?
and maybe if a lazy raider or whatever might help me
