Need help with SINGLE TARGET behavior

Hi, i'm using the Ouroboros routine but i can't understand how the single target is suppose to work because right now it only uses Lightning Arrow for everything..

1# The numbers between -1 and 8 , is 8 the max priority? if im using LA and Blast Rain.. should i put Aoe ranged skill shot 8 and Single target skill 5 or something like that?..
2# Do i need to put the single target skill in a specific place on the skillbar? cause i have it on the right click and the aoe on the left click..

Making bigger text won't help you with getting answers. Please dont do this or I'll need to add you to my ignore list.
-1 - Disabled
1 - LMB
2 - MMB
3 - RMB
And so on

You need to set it to the place you choosed in the settings. And I advice you to not use LMB for your skill's.
