Need help with quest bot

I've recently leveled a warrior from 1-85 via kicks questing profiles (which are great btw). It ran into a lot of problems but I sort of just ignored it. Now I am leveling a paladin and at first it was going pretty well, but ever since I've got to Northrend, the bot just decides to stop doing anything. I have to manually start/stop the bot and most of the time that will resolve it for a little bit. Sometimes it will stop every 10 minutes, other times I can run it for like an hour or two before it stops.

I've tried reinstalling HB and it didn't really do anything. any help would be nice. thanks.
