Need help with Injection Error

Any idea what could cause this? I can't find a guide for codes anywhere.

Windows 8.1
Last time I ran it was 2 patches ago.
Everything updated fine when I ran the updater, tried both injection methods, same result for both.

Well, I realize that the inject was blocked. I am not sure what had changed as the application was not run for almost a month since the last time. I just went ahead and removed it completely from my PC and did a fresh install which cleared the problem up. But It would be nice to know what could possibly stop the tool from being able to inject with both methods for future uses.
