Need Help With Hearthbuddy new buyer!

Hello i just bought the 3 day trial and this is the first time i have ever used it.

I let it run for about an hour and it crashed when i stopped it now when i try to open it again it stops responding and asks for my key, I enter the key and it give me an error that says

There was an error authenticating your key with the server.
Please try again later or use a diffrent key.


Max Sessions


After further review i found out i need to kill the previous session but i dont know how to add my key to buddyauth, Help please?

Basicly what that means is that your "bot" is still "logged in the game".

Just like if you play a game, like wow or what ever. If you get a DC, other people can still see you ingame even though your connection to the game has been lost. Its kinda the same thing with the key ;)
 
Yeah thanks for you time with trying to help em and i understand what you are saying but how do i fix it? its been 45 mintes
 
45 minutes?! I have tried all their bots except for the world of tanks bot, and i have never waited more than 4 min o.O

And sorry, but i dont know what how to do the manuel thing, again, i have never waited more than 4 min so i have never really had a reason to XD

Im trying to figure out how to link my key on the website noone seems to know.
 
It's easy. When you create your buddy auth account you just use the same email that you entered when you bought the key.
 
Then the key would be there. Try creating the account again and make sure you get the email right.

Okay i sorted that out and i have killed the process but it still says its in use... not really understanding this want to sort it out before i go and buy a month
 
You killed the process and it still says it's in use? Make sure the process is gone off the list and re-open hearthbuddy...

i bought the bot a few minutes ago , but i have the same problem like you...

how can we solve this problem???

Hi again i re downloaded as u said but still crashes by itself , this time i got ss before it shuts down torin can u help me about that pls...
