Need help with HB.

Hello!
Please help me.
Evertytime I try login with my username + password it says
Authenticating..
Authentication failed!
Authenticating..
Authentication failed!
Authenticating..
Authentication failed!
Authenticating..
Authentication failed!
I did try disable my firewall and reinstall netframe 3.5 but it dont work.
It do work when im at my fathers place, but here at my moms house, it dont work.
I did upload a log with this thread!
