Need help with Buddystore.

im not getting the things that i buy from buddystore. plz help me some one.
i allready dit
(Your stuff b corrupted it looks like
show hidden files
user appdata local bossland delete store
open hb and let it download dont close it).

please provide a log so the support team can look into that issue.
besides: you can't download anything off the store, all products get streamed to your honorbuddy installation.
