Need help with Buddy store.

Hello,

I have been e-mailing [email protected] but no response.

I get this when trying to buy profiles.
Purchase failed. You don't own an active key for Honorbuddy in your buddyauth account. Please make sure you are using the buddyauth account that your keys are bound to and your keys are used at least once.

My Buddyauth has not the same key that I use with Honorbuddy, I guess it's because my account is merged by admins before.
Can some admin help me with this problem?

I have still not gotten any reply, should it be over one week? Need to buy profiles zzzz....
 
Can confirm I'm having the same problem. Know for a fact it's not an issue with my payment, it's just the store.
 
Why can't you help everyone here to solve the problem? Why you keep telling ppl to email to an email which took more than 48 hours to reply (if you are lucky), I've sent mine and still haven't got any reply about the situation. It's not even a small problem, its the store problem that ppl can't make any purchase at all! Instead of just telling ppl to email and closing thread, get in contact with someone that can solve the problem and actually help...
 
I am having the same issue. Cannot purchase anything on the buddy store.
I am surprised on how many people are having this issue in a single day, I might be in the wrong business :)

Glad to see this thread is still open. Emailed 3 days ago, asked if anyone had similar issues or had any info passed to them..and was told to email and the thread was closed. At least now I know it just isn't me. Oh well, hoping to get a response within the next few days.
 
Same issue. Can't buy anything and emailed 72 hours ago as instructed and thread was closed. NO response. No answers. No store working. BS.


My ticket is on the support site under my name...it is "Awaiting assignment to a Support Agent" .. after 3 DAYS.

Guys im sure HB knows that they are not accepting payments right now, I bet its top on their priority list to fix, seeing how they like money just as much as we do...I rather them fix it, then spend time reading about us complaining we cant send them money.

That's cool and probably correct and all, but from a customer service point of view for a company with 200k+ paying customers it really doesn't make sense to not even respond or make an announcement. Telling people to email support and closing their threads then having them wait for 3+ days without a response is pretttttty worth complaining about when you've spent 300+$ in the past and shit's not working.



---- And from experience in working within the QA department of a major gaming company for 2 years now I can definitely say that the more forum posts are made and the more tickets we get in the more fires CS lights under developers to get something done/make an announcement. I feel this reaction is warranted.

I have the same problem, just wait a day or two guys. I got an email back very promptly telling me just to try again in a bit :)
