need help with bot PLS!!!

the bot is transfering all my highest iv pokemon even when i have the setting to keep 2 of each high iv and high cp, i saw it transfer my 93 iv flaroen and when i looked at my pokemon list my other flareon had a 63 iv, any reason for this

I had exactly the same settings than you and my Pokefarmer transfered my Vaporeon IV 100 and let Vaporeon with IV 63 be there... So I put mark on the Pokemon list on every max evolved Pokemon's, so now I need to manually transfer them, but though bot wont transfer my high IV pokemon's anymore. Also but mark on that spot where it transfer other dublicates and keep highest IV only. So now it only keeps highest IV pokemon's and pokemon's what bot never transfer again.
