Need help with a profile :)

Hey guys
i need some help with a profile.. i tryed to make a profile and the hotspots are working fine, but for some reason it wont attack the mobs that i said it should, it just running trough them.
so if someone could tell me what to write in the profile, or quick make me a profile, then it will be awesome..

the hotspots are

<Hotspot X="-2069.912" Y="-2003.474" Z="0.3844258" />
<Hotspot X="-2062.731" Y="-2030.172" Z="0.3844258" />

and the mobs i want to kill

Blackwater Deckhand - NPC - World of Warcraft

target info according to hb is

<Vendor Name="Blackwater Deckhand" Entry="2636" Type="Repair" X="-2070.482" Y="-2004.58" Z="0.3838268" />

no vendors for repair or mailbox are not required

you gotta add Factions.

above the vendor name will say wow id, faction: ##, etc
