Need help with a new PC build

I want to build a brand new computer but I am torn between several CPUs.
Before I go any further my budjet is ?600 and I have mostly got my entire build planned out (minus the motherboard/CPU).
To quickly sum up the build it will have:

8GB 1600MHz RAM
120GB SSD
1GB HD 6870 GPU
Old 1TB HDD for storage

I am confident with the selection/brands of all my other parts (still deciding on the GPU) and I'm OK with that however, I need help with a CPU!

I have been looking at the following:
AMD Bulldozer FX-8 8150 8 Core 3.6Ghz
(AMD says windows 8 will bring a aprox 10% performence increase however, some reviews are rather negitive about this CPU) - ?160
Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3GHz
4 Core (This is a popular CPU among gamers, this seems the most stable CPU) - ?167
Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz 4 Core (This is the new Intel Ivybridge, some reviews say it can get pretty hot) - ?170

Will I overclock? At first, no. Should I require any more power in the future it would most certainly be a path I would take (this would make the AMD VERY handy since it can run aprox ~5GHz stable)

To sum up what I need it for:
Botting (quite a few wow accounts)
Heavy multitasking (I use many design software all at once so it must handle that)
Gaming (Not a huge requirement but it would be nice to be able to play some of the newer games)
Entertainment (HD films etc, I'm sure almost any CPU can handle this though)

So - out of them 3 CPU's which one would you recommend and why? It would be great if it would be somewhat 'future proof' as I wont be upgrading it for a few years. It's also a requirement that it is reliable. I don't want some CPU which is unstable or will die in a year. Oh and my last requirement is that it can run cool. Cooling wont be much of a problem, since everything will be set up nice, but cooler the better.

Thanks to everyone who posts and suggests ideas. I am open to other CPU suggestions but I would prefur to have one of these 3.

I also would like to apologise if this post seems rushed, because it is :o.

I'm a fan of AMD processors. They are less expensive and ive had a good experience with them. Read around a little more on the bulldozer. 8 cores would be awesome! Everytime i read about the bulldozer processors, i get pretty excited.

I have the Intel Core i5 2500K 3.3GHz 4 Core, but since the new Ivy is here and almost the same price, I would go for Intel Core i5 3570K 3.4GHz 4 Core. I run 14-15 wow instances with a 100% CPU load, all night, temperatures stand still at 60?c, that's amazing, I have the unlocked also, I intend to buy a better coller and OC, should be easy .

Also, I would set up atleast 12Gb of DDR3, that's what I have right now and with 14-15 wow instances I can't run much more things.

Right now the only thing I'm missing is an SSD, that plus the overclocked CPU, I should be able to run alteast 20-25 instances.

Go after the new i5. I have the bulldozer and hated how sluggish it was so i went back to my i5.

My amd setup is just now an overglorified media center/server

Thanks all for the imput.

The AMD bulldozer seems like a good deal when looking at the adverts and that but when you look at benchmarks and reviews it's not so great. I am personally a AMD fan but after seeing how many people dislike the Bulldozers it really dissapoints me.

As for the i5 ivy bridge it does seem like a good idea for a stable long term processor. However, I have read several reviews about the new Ivy Bridge processors can get rather hot and are generally not as good as Sandybridge. The intel i5 2500k has mostly good reviews and with all peoples opinions/experiences published all over the place it makes it terriably difficult.

According to benchmarks they are all pretty close to each other and the AMD is sadly lagging behind. Perhaps the release of Windows 8 can help it (to fully utilise it) but maybe when new motherboards come out it could help to...

Its a shame, I would love to have the AMD bulldozer but benchmarks and reviews really put me off that.
