Need help setting up tank buddy

bought a 1 day pass, exceedingly frustrated with how complicated, it is to set this up, and how complicated it is to find any information on how to set this up. I need help. I downloaded tank buddy, and upon extracting the files and trying to run it, it says the following:

Net framework error

To run this application you must first install one of the following versions of .NET framework:
v4.0.30319

I don't understand how to activate my key either. Signed in, and logged into WoT.

had to update windows. So I got it to boot, but now it says select how many hours to bot for, and I set it to 16, but the start button is greyed out.

Launch WoT, log in, so you can see hangar.
Launch Tankleader bot.
Open settings in Tankleader, choose your preferences, add tanks to queue.
Start button should be ready.
