[Need Help] LFR healer just stands there

so i am running lfr to level a toon, spec as healer joins the queue fine but when in dungeon he just stands there, why does this happen dps works fine, thanks in advance

More info please and eventually a log. Could be a Combat Routine issue, but it is hard to tell without a log.

This usually happen if you had disabled Framelock on either Honorbuddy Settings or Singular settings - doublecheck if they are enabled.

well, HB isn't even attaching- so Id work that out first before trying to use it in LFR.

I would suggest trying running the game in DX9

yes they are both enabled

fiddled around with the settings a bit now he casts the heals on tank but doesnt follow him only moves to quest objectives within a certain radius
