Need help from any expert or staff.

So when i click run as an administrator it pops up https://gyazo.com/1a8a0c4adadd021c9281ec4da69b6833. I tried reinstalling the NET. and windows 7 sp1 but nothing works. I tried uninstalling my anti virus as well and the result are as is.

what about your firewall? add an exception or disable it.

I have closed firewall, uninstall my antivirus, and install the pokefarmer program and run it again. But the result are the same, saying "The program can't start because Qt5WebEngineWidgets.dll is missing from your computer."

Qt5WebEngineWidgets.dll is a file coming with PF zip,something on your system keep deleting it
