Need help finding product key

Hey guys just lost my product key I use to log in with honorbuddy, how do I get the key back?

Register there with the email you bought your key with and you will be able to track your key.

tried to do this myself logged in using the user name from my email and in sessions and keys there is nothing in the sections so i cant find my product key to log into my installed HB (Honorbuddy) you have any ideas on what i should do ? i dont get why its not coming up and i have the emails so i know its that account.
