[NEED HELP] Farmed my Ghost Iron + MoP herbs. Now what?!

So i need to know what i do when ive farmed my ghost iron ore and herbs...
Do i mill or what?

It really depends on your server economy. The mill-shoulder enchant route is "guaranteed" gold, but it may be more beneficial to outright sell the herbs. Check your AH and see how the prices are at and it could lead you to the right decision. You can find a few good spreadsheets out there on google that help estimate how much gold you can make given certain circumstances via the ore/herb shuffles

Could you tell me what the mill shoulder enchant route consists of? I'm not entirely sure.

Well you take all of your herbs and mill them into pigments, and create ink of dreams out of the basic pigments. With an inscriptionist, you can create the shoulder enchant for 3 inks. Then vendor the enchant for ~19g. (3 Inks = 19g) So check your AH and you may be able to just buy cheap inks and instantly flip them and make the enchants out of it for an easy profit
