Need help ! DB Doesnt Open or keeps crashing

I am having a problem with DB , whereby it doesnt open or just puts not responding..

Tried reinstalling fresh DB, also same problem happens after awhile.. Restarted com also .

Did a fresh install of 291 works fine , but it doesnt solve the problem , after awhile it happens again...

lets start by getting a full log as an attachment please so we can see whats going on.

when it crashes does the error box say anything?
