[Need help] Custom Behavor and ID's.

Hello, ATM I'm writing a Horde [PB] Skinning Profile, and Now it's time to move to the Outland. Thought I can't figure out what ID for the portal is (Portal to Blasted Lands)

This is what I've came up with so far:

Thought I dont know where to find the ID for the portal.
So basicly I need the same help with getting to Northern, I don't know how to find the ID for the zep.

Either tell me where I can find the ID's (Tryed WoWhead and the Wiki) or just gife me some ID's! X)
