Need Grift Gem Upgrader!?

I am doing Grift around 30-35 to upgrade my gem. and I set the priority of gem is equipted rank at the top. then bot is keep upgrade my gem at very low success rate.

I was wondering if there is a tool for me to upgrade my gem, if the success rate is less than 60%, then upgrade other gem. othervise upgrade this gem. I remember it has before. So anyone tell me how to solve this problem?
