Need confirmation if im banned

Good afternoon guys,
I'm only a few days old to pokefarmer and think I might have got my account banned but not 100% sure.

When I try to sign in a message comes up saying 'Failed to get game data from the server'. After browsing it sounds like I'm banned but never received a email saying I've been banned and its been almost 48 hours since its happened.

If you have an email and you can't login via your mobile device, then yes you've been banned for sure.

I wasnt able to login on a few of my accounts, but then after a week or so, i suddently was able to use the accounts again! So dont give up yet. I think u need an email from Niantic to confirm your banned. Hope u survive
