need Combat routine for wizard, doesnt spam whirlwind

I read here somewhere that people have a combat file for wizard that spams whirlwind. Currently only spams slow time and cast one wind and recast when wind is gone
Any1 care to share this or point me to where i saw it, cuz i cant find it again xD
