Need advice from people not getting banned Level 30+

I've been banned on a few account now. I started a new one got it up to 21 need some advice on safe way to bot. I know nothing is 100% safe and nothing has been confirm on how they are catchin us but what are you doing to stay under the raider? If you are level 30+ and you haven't been banned your doing something right.

what I've been doing, level 38, is bot for 4 hours just within my state. Then I would turn of catch pokemon and just lot for balls. After I have collected some 100+ balls, I would go back to normal botting and it works well. I have never teleported from one continent to another. That said, I have teleported from one state to the other but I waited 12 or so hours before I log back in.

lvl 38 no skill just luck. Bot is 100% detectable. Just give it time before you are banned

Ohh I never said its not detectable. But going on a month now without being banned? I think I'm doing something right.
Must be different from what you experienced though huh? By the way tCLOCK I don't think your response answered his or her question.

It just takes time. Well in a couple of days it won't matter.
