need a rogue class that RECUPS FIRST

I have been using wRogue for the past few weeks to level my rogue. Once you get to around 20 it works really good, it uses Recup, blind and a few others specialty things to survive. I went Combat just for the wider availability of weapons while leveling.

Note: I turned off "Blade Flurry" in Specialization, Sprint and Pick Pocket while pulling...they don't seem to work that well.

This is what I am currently using, my problem with it is that it uses SnD first. Is there a way to make it recup first?

btw, i tried all other CC in this forum, and they either didnt work or used SnD first..All I want is recup first
