my bots picking everything up, can i tell it to sell everything, im really only interested in the materials. i cant leave it running over night because its filling up me bank so fast.

First, in game, open your "UI" option and make sure "Key Pickup" is enabled. If it is already enabled, make sure you have set up your item filters correctly:
