Need 1-60 lvl advice

Since Blizzard told us that it's no cap paragon lvl for all your chars on the account, it's very interesting to use it before they launch the new addon.
The question is what is the fastest way to boost a new char with DB from 1 to 60 lvl? What profile to use, what plagin, what settings, builds etc?

But it's pony lvl and 5 hours. Not interesting.

I'm going to be constructive.

If you are doing 1 character, then 100% your best bet is to pay someone 15-30m gold and have it power leveled in 2 hours, or dual box and do it yourself.

If you are doing more than 1 character you can weigh that vs about 24-30 hours 1-60 on rrix leveling profile, but it will do as many as you can run.

You can use simple follow on any difficulty. Just change the level of difficulty inside your profile.
That would be the fastest/easiest way to level up your characters by group of 3.
