Navigation possibility? to the HB Devs

Simple question hope no one feels the need to flame with just build a profile fatty....

Would it be possible to create a plugin or profile even that just takes WHERE YOU CURRENTLY ARE and lets you "wander in a specified yard radius killing anything there". Would be awesome in my opinion if lets say you are manually leveling by questing and want to walk away for a sec while it grinds in a on the fly location without having to record a path?

Eh I found apocs profile editor and it almost made me jizz my pants. I still think the above is a cool idea but apocs editor will do for now.

Well.. I don't know if it works, but you could maybe make a profile with no hotspots but with all the factions you can find added
