Navigation plugin

Ive been doing some searching, but havn't found much. Is there a plugin that will navigate a character to a certain location?

eg. my internet went out last night. today i am at work and i want to get the bot running. I use team viewer from work, but i left my character somewhere.

I just want to be able to run a plugin that will take him to "said location"

Does such a thing exist?
