Nav service SMS/E-mail notifications

I was wondering if we (the community) can make something like SMS or email notifications for when the Nav server is up again after being down. I really don't mind waking up at night to an SMS/email with nav server restart, so i can restart those BWs and not lose millions Something that few of us have an access to from which we can send some bulk notifications to anyone who is on the list. Few people for different timezones. I hope i am not the only one who would want something like this

Fearless leader is going to make auto reboot client for Nav server. He just needs some time to learn some of it since he didn't code buddywing.

Thats great news But the BW client still needs to be restarted after the NAV server so it would be nice to know when that is
