Double zip kicks in and nav served bites the dust lol

Confirmed, my logs are telling me that the nav server is down. Fingers crossed that this is an intentional restart.

I just sent a PM on the off chance this is not intentional.

The nav server is currently reloading. Logs now read:

This planet's navigational data has not been fully loaded yet, please try again later...

With luck, we'll be up and running again within 30 minutes.
