My guess would be almost all day or longer. Bio's servers will be going down for US I know and they will need to patch the bot anyways.

These people make a living out of programs that automate things for people. Why haven't they made a program that goes something like this.

Program: Hey Nav Server, are you still working ?
Nav Server: Yup
Program: Please continue.

15 minutes later.

Program: Hey Nav Server, are you still working ?
Nav Server: No reply
Program: Restarting Nav Server.
