Nav Down 8/15 - 1.30PM GMT / 6.30AM PDT

The nav server does seem to be down again. Messages have already been sent to those with the ability to restart it.

The log currently repeats the following:

There was no endpoint listening at http://178.33.63.45:8723/PathService.svc that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details.

When this message changes to indicate that "planetary data is loading", it will mean the server has been restarted and should be operational again within ~30 minutes.
